Returns Policy

Please note prior to ordering we do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be promptly refunded and should a different size be needed this can be reordered through the website.

So if you order the wrong size, prefer a different colour, or want to return them for any reason – don’t worry!

All we ask is that:

• Items must be packaged in original bags and be unworn (other than trying on for size).
• Items that smell of smoke or animals may be rejected and returned to sender.
• If the items show signs of being worn this will not be refunded and can be returned to you at your cost.
